Our Intermediate BMX Skills Class is designed for riders who have a solid foundation of basic BMX skills and are ready to take their riding to the next level. This class focuses on improving speed, control, and consistency while building confidence on more technical track features.
Riders will work on advanced pumping techniques, manual progression, proper cornering lines, and maintaining momentum through rollers and rhythm sections. Coaches introduce stronger gate fundamentals, race awareness, and body positioning to help riders become smoother, faster, and more efficient on the track.
Emphasis is placed on skill progression, decision-making, and controlled riding at higher speeds. Riders will also learn how to read track conditions, adjust riding lines, and apply techniques learned in practice to real race situations.
