Coach Matt Fennell is a proud retired Veteran of the United States Coast Guard were he served for over 20yrs. Coach Fennell comes from a BMX racing family where you can find them volunteering, and racing at all your local tracks in New England. Matt is also one of founding fathers of the fast growing Mud Pit BMX Team that has been rabid for the 2026 season. Billerica BMX has been very blessed to have Coach Fennell part of the team here at Billerica BMX. Coach Fennells’s skills will focus on the following subjects:
Gate Starts, Cornering, Racing Tactics, Bike Set-up, Bike Maintenance, Leadership and Confidence Building. These classes are for the Beginner Riders to Expert Level Riders who have the basic fundamentals of bmx riding
